We understand that veterinary care can be cost-prohibitive.
Here are some means to obtain financial assistance with your veterinary bills.
Financing Options
You can apply for this special kind of credit card. Basically, it lets you finance your pet’s care.
Often, pet owners call Care Credit from the vet’s office when they find out that their pet needs care that may be financially difficult to manage at the time of service.
This is not a grant. You do need to eventually pay this bill, as with any credit card.
When you apply for this card, they will tell you for what amount you have been approved. Sometimes, the amount for which you are approved is still not enough to pay your entire veterinary bill.
You need to meet certain qualifications to obtain Care Credit.
